Detached house. Early C18. Painted header bond brick to front, tiled roof with rendered brick gable end stacks. Integral outshut. Two storey, four window front. Central door has six fielded-panels and flat wooden hood on brackets, to right are two twelve-pane sashes with cambered heads and to left is one sixteen-pane sash with cambered head. First floor has three twelve-pane sashes to right and one sixteen-pane sash to left, all with segmental-arched heads. Over door is Sun Insurance disc. Left return has external stack and casement in outshut. Right return is rendered and has planked door and C19 rustic porch to outshut with three-light casement to left and two-light casement to first floor. Attached is C19 brick shed. Rear has two French windows to ground floor. Tall brick stack on catslide roof.

Interior has doors with fielded panels and C18 newel stairs with turned columnar balusters, chamfered ceiling beams.
