Kingfisher Cottage

II

Detached cottage. Late C17 with bay added to west and north wall
rebuilt late C18. Flemish garden wall bond brick on flint plinth
to north wall, south wall is flint and brick, thatched roof , half-
hipped to right, brick stacks. One storey and attic, 2 windows.
Planked door to right, in C18 bay, to left are two 2-light
segmental-headed casements, to right is one 2-light casement. 3-
brick plat band to first floor, two eyebrow dormers with 2-light
casements. Attached to right is C20 flat-roofed extension: not of
special interest. Rear has two 2-light casements and one central
eyebrow dormer with 2-light casement.
Interior has chamfered beams with shaped stops.
