attached stables, cowshed and dairy

GV II

Barn. Late C18 with C19 3-bay addition to south. 5 and 3 bays,
west aisle. Weatherboarding on timber-frame and English bond
brick plinth, half-hipped tiled roof. Tie-beam roof with raking
struts to collar and straight bracing from aisle and main posts to
tie-beam. Attached to south-east is single-storey early C19 range
of stables, cowshed and dairy, enclosing yard on south and east
sides, brick and flint, Welsh slate hipped roof, planked doors and
pivot-hung windows.
