(east side)
2/187 Threepennybit
Detached cottage. Late C17. Cob and chalk, thatched half-hipped
roof, brick stacks. Single-storey and attic, 2 windows. C20 door
with 3-light casement to left and one 2-light and one 3-light
casement to right. Two eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements.
Right return has single casement to ground and first floors. Rear
has C20 casements and extension.
Interior has chamfered beams with ogee stops and chamfered lintel
to open fireplace with brick jambs, C18 box stairs. (Unpublished
