Two attached barns of Bourton Far
to south of Maddington Manor.

Two attached barns. Early C18. Weatherboarding on timber-frame, on
brick plinth, Welsh slate half-hipped roof. L-plan, 7 bays to each
barn, south and west aisles. South and west sides have double
wooden sliding doors, east side has double hinged doors, no doors
on north side. Roof trusses to both barns have tie-beams with
curved bracing to main posts, queen struts to collar, two tiers of
butt purlins, wind bracing to upper tier. (Unpublished records of
