TILSHEAD CANDOWN ROAD

Cottage at end of row. Late Cl7. Painted brick and cob,
thatched roof with brick stacks. Single-storey and attic, 2
windows. C20 door with fielded panels, either side is 2-light
casement. Attic has two 2-light casements. Left return has
exposed timber framing in gable; braced tie-beam and collar roof.
Rear has central cylindrical projecting stair turret with one small
fixed window, ground floor has one 2-light casement, attic has one
casement. Attached to right is C20 flat-roofed single-storey
extension.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (November 1984).
