Farmhouse c.1790. Painted flint and brick, rendered to front, and
tiled roof behind parapet at front. Two storeys. Facade of 5
window bays with central half glazed door and fanlight, enclosed
within open porch. Twelve-paned sashes with round fanlights over
ground floor windows, plat band and similar windows but with
segmental heads to upper floor. Dentilled eaves. Two dormers to
front, and two with hipped roofs to rear. Building extended to
right c1860 and C20 porch on left linking to garage.
Interior: dining room, front left, has wood fireplace surround
with festoon panels and anthemion frieze with marble slips, and
shutters to window reveals to,front. Stair in central hall has
mahogany handrail with scrolled end.
