Barn. c1700. Timber framed with brick walls to aisles, tiled roof
and slate over aisles. Ten bays, with midstreys in bays 3 and 8,
contemporary aisle on south, and lean-to aisle added on north. Two
bay wing on north side over bays 5 and 6, dated on tie 1808, Wm
Brook. North aisle now infilled with concrete blocks and west
gable weatherboarded. Roof hipped over midstreys, half hipped at
ends. Interior has tie beam trusses with straight braces to jowled
posts, raking queen struts to collars, and 2 tiers of tenoned
purlins.
