7/216 Sunnybank

Cottage. Late C18-early Cl9. Flint with brick lacings, Flemish
brickwork on flint base to front. Thatched roof. Two storeys, 2
bays, comprising major heated room with gable stack and entrance,
and minor unheated room subdivided for stair. C20 boarded door in
open gabled porch. Three and 2-light paned windows, those to
ground floor with cambered half-brick segmental arches. Timber
framed rear wall and contemporary lean-to, widened in C20. Blocked
door to smaller room, and right gable in header bond. Brick offset
eaves. Brick stack; roof hipped to right.
