The Thatched Cottage

Cottage. C17. Timber framed with rendered infill panels, thatched
roof. Single storey and attic, raised to 2 storeys, 2 1/2 bays,
extended both ends by half bays in early C18. Door to left,
probably in original opening, under thatched canopy. C20 paned
timber windows. Stack axial to right main bay and opposite door.
Left extension single storey in rendered brick and stone. Thatch
hipped over extensions. Interior not seen.
