Detached house. Early C19. Squared and coursed stone in small sizes, Welsh
slate roof, brick gable stacks. Two storeys, 3 windows, all good 16-pane sash
to segmental heads with voussoirs; central 6-panel flush door under transome
light and with tent hood over a C20 porch. Left hand gable has large stair
