Detached house. Circa 1700. Limestone ashlar to front, dressed
stone to sides and rear, tiled roof formerly thatched, gable end
brick stacks. 2-storey, 3-window symmetrical front. Central
planked door in chamfered case with blocked chamfered side lights,
16-pane sash to right and 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned
window to left. First floor has three 3-light mullioned windows.
Coped verges to roof. Right return has two 1-light mullioned
windows to attic. Left return has 2-light mullioned window to
attic. Rear has outshut with C20 casements and glazed door, two
C20 dormers. Attached to left return is single storey converted
barn with C20 dormers and large windows to left return; rear has
exterior stone steps to former granary.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (February 1985).
