1/80 Macy monument in the churchyard,
about 9m west of Church of
St. Margaret of Antioch

GV II

Headstone. Early C18. Limestone. Plain border to inscription
with good lettering, wavy head. Phillip Macy, a local mason and
engraver of churchyard monuments, died 1711; part of the
inscription says that "HEE IN HIS LIFE TIME / ENGRAVED STONES FOR /
MANY BUT FOR HIMSELF / HAD NO TIME TO ENGRAVE / ANY".
