GV II

Detached house. Late C17 and early C19. Limestone ashlar, Welsh
slate hipped roof, ashlar stacks. Two-storey, 3-window front.
Central classical porch with Doric columns and pilasters, double
doors with margin-pane glazing, either side is 16-pane sash. First
floor has three 16-pane sashes; all with blind boxes. Deep eaves
on brackets to hipped roof. Left return has one blind window and
two 16-pane sashes to ground and first floors, plat band. Rear has
6-panelled door in chamfered stone case, 2-light casement and 3-
light recessed chamfered mullioned window to left, 3-light
chamfered mullioned window to right; all with continuous hoodmould.
Hollow-moulded string-course to first floor, three 3-light recessed
chamfered mullioned windows to first floor.
Interior has reeded fireplace surrounds with paterae, internal
shutters.
