Farmhouse. Circa 1700, rear range and alterations C19.
Dressed limestone, fishscale tiled roof, rendered brick stacks.
Two-span roof. Two-storey, 4-window front. C19 gabled porch
with double doors to right of centre, either side is C19 canted bay
with casements, to left is 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned
window. First floor has two 2-light and two 3-light mullioned
windows, 2 hipped dormers to roof with 2-light casements. Right
return has French windows and 4-light casement with two 3-light
casement to first floor, bull's eye window to attic of front range.
Left return has French windows to right and half-glazed door and 2-
light casment to left, first floor has 3-light and 2-light
casements. Coped verges.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (March 1985). Formerly
the rectory to Church of St. Martin (q.v.).
