GV II

Detached cottage. Mid C17. Dressed limestone and rubblestone
chequers, thatched roof, brick stack. T-plan. Single storey and
attic, 1-window. C20 door to forward-projecting wing with wooden
porch, to right is C20 casement to lean-to, first floor has 2-light
leaded casement, half-hipped roof. Left return of wing has single
recessed chamfered light with hoodmould. Main range has C20
window in blocked doorway, left return of range has C20 casement in
blocked doorway and blocked single ovolo-moulded light with
hoodmould to ground floor, first floor has 3-light ovolo-chamfered
mullioned window with hoodmould, attic has single ovolo-moulded
light with hoodmould. Rear has 2-light casement to attic and C20
lean-to extension. Stone coped verges.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (March 1985).
