8/197 Perry House

GV II

Circa 1830. Flemish bond brick with flint to returns and rear,
Welsh slate hipped roof, gable-end brick stacks. Two storey, 3-
window. Central 4-panelled door in porch with barleysugar posts
with Corinthian capitals, either side is 2-light casement with flat
arch. First floor has three 2-light casements. Deep eaves to
hipped roof. Left return has 6-panelled door and 2-light casement.
Attached to right is single-storey C20 brick extension with hipped
tiled roof.
Interior has 4-panelled doors and central stairs with stick
balusters.
