south-south-west of Church
Detached cottage. Mid C17, extended 1980s. Banded flint and
limestone, tiled roof with half hip to right, brick stack. 'L'-
plan. Single storey and attic, 1-windowed. Six-panelled door to
left of C17 build, 3-light casement and 3-light ovolo-mullioned
casement with hoodmould to right. Full attic dormer to right with
coped verge, 3-light ovolo-mullioned casement with hoodmould and
single-light chamfered light over. Right return is Flemish bond
brick, C20 casement to first floor, blocked doorway. Rear has
single-light recessed chamfered casement and 2-light ovolo-
mullioned casement to ground floor, 2-light C20 casement to first
floor. Single-storey rear outbuildings with 2-light wooden
mullioned casement, double Roman tiled roof, attached C20 garage.
Attached to left is C20 artificial stone extension, not of special
interest. Interior not accessible at time of survey (August 1985).
