Detached house. Early Cl9. Grey Flemish bond brick to front,
flint and brick to returns and rear, Welsh slate hipped roof, brick
stacks. 'L'-plan. Two-storey, 3-window; sashes. Door with 6
fielded panels in panelled reveals with wooden Tuscan porch to left
of centre, 16-pane sash with flat arch with tumbling-in to left and
two to right. First floor has three 4-pane wide 12-pane sashes.
Roof has deep eaves on paired wooden brackets. Rear wing has 12-
pane sashes and 2-light casements. Left return is rendered with
flint and brick stack, attached C20 conservatory. Right return has
flint and brick external stack. Interior not inspected.
