Cottage, now garage and billiard room. Rebuilt C18, on C15
plinth. Dressed limestone to ground floor, Flemish bond brick to
first floor, tiled roof, brick stack. Single storey and attic, 2
windows. South front has 3-light casement and 6-pane fixed window.
North side has C20 garage door and C20 dormers. Left return has 1-
light and 2-light casement. Front stone wall is continuous with
stonework of gateway to Kings Old Rectory (q.v.).
