Pair of cottages. Late C17. Painted English bond brick with some
rubble stone, hipped thatched roof with axial and gable end brick
stacks. Two-storey, 4-window. One planked door to left with
thatched canopy, 2 planked doors to right with board hood and
thatched canopy, to left is 3-light leaded segmental-headed
casement with shutters, single casement and 2-light leaded casement
with shutters to right. First floor has four 2-light leaded
casements. Attached to left is timber-framed and brick single-
storey range with casements to return. Attached to right is cob
wall on flint plinth with thatched capping. Rear and interior not
accessible at time of survey (March 1986).
