4/181 The Old Rectory

GV II


Detached house. Early C19. Welsh slate roof, gable end stone
stacks. Two-storey, 3-window. Central glazed porch with 6-
panelled door, rectangular bay with three 12-pane sashes to right
and one 16-pane sash to left. First floor has three 16-pane
sashes. Roof on deep eaves; with coped verges. Left return has
French windows, 2-light casements to first floor and single-light
casement to attic. Right return has cast-iron casement with
quadrant stay, to attic. Attached to right is 2-storey range with
planked door and 2-light casements. Rear 2-storey rear extension
with sashes. Interior not inspected.
