ST 92 SW (west side)

7/48 No. 5 Sunnybank


Cottage at end of row. C18. Dressed limestone, thatched roof with
hip to right and brick stack to left. Two-storey, 2-window;
casements. Planked door to right of centre, 2-light C19 casement
to left and small single casement to right. First floor has two 2-
light leaded casements. Rear has single casement and C20 steel
casement. Attached to right return is C20 single-storey extension,
not of special interest.
Interior has chamfered beam and blocked open fireplace. One of a
row of former brewery workers'cottages.
