House in row, now part of The Lamb Inn (q.v.). Mid C18. Limestone
ashlar, half-hipped tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey
and attic, 2-window. Central 4-panelled door with transom light in
porch on wooden posts, 16-pane flush sash in moulded architrave
either side. First floor has square-cut string course at sill
level to two 16-pane flush sashes. Moulded stone eaves cornice.
Two hipped dormers with 2-light casements to attic. Rear wing is
brick with 2-light casements. Interior has dog leg stairs with
turned balusters to closed string.
