Inn, now two houses either side of large entry. DB/1682/PB on
stone tablet over entry. Dressed limestone, tiled roof with
fishscale tiles and brick stacks, coped verges. Two-storey, 7-
window. Large through entry to left of centre has rounded corners
to square opening, Baker's Arch to left has 12-pane flush sash and
2-light steel casement in blocked doorway, Nos 11 and 12 to right,
now one house, have 3-light casement, half-glazed door, 4-pane sash
and door with two fielded panels and flat wooden hood inserted into
former mullioned window. First floor has three 2-light mullioned
casements with hollow-chamfered surrounds and flat mullions to
left, four 2-light casements to right with same surrounds but
missing mullions. Two hipped dormers with 2-light casements to
roof. Rear of Baker's Arch has 2-storey gabled wing with half-
hipped roof, entrance now in this wing. No 12 has single storey
lean-to extension and No 12 has C20 two-storey extension. First
floor over rear of entry is tile-hung.
Interior of Nos 11 and 12 has two open fireplaces with ovolo-
moulded stone surrounds, doors with 2 and 4 fielded panels and
chamfered beams.
