Pair of cottages in row. Late C18. Dressed limestone, tiled roof,
axial brick stack. Two-storey, 2-window. Demelza has C19 door and
3-light casement to left, No 65 has C20 door and 3-light steel
casement. First floor has 3-light wooden and 3-light steel
casement, two carved shell-heads from C18 shell-headed niches reset
to centre, said to be from Fonthill, presumably from Splendens in
Fonthill Park. Moulded stone eaves cornice.
Interiors have open fireplace with timber lintels on stone jambs.
