Cottage in row. Circa 1800. English bond brick, tiled roof with
brick stack to right. Two-storey, 2-window. Four-panelled door
with flat wooden hood on brackets to centre with 2-light casement
either side. First floor has two 2-light casements. Interior and
rear not accessible at time of survey (December 1985). Attached to
front are Flemish garden wall bond brick walls with half-round
coping and square gate piers with pyramidal cappings.
