Houses, No. 286 is house and shop. Late C17th, but altered. Rubble with
freestone dressings; double Roman tiled roofs. Nos. 282 and 284 are 1 storey
and attic in stone gables. 1 window per house, mixture of modern 3-light
casements and glazing bar sash window. Modern doors to,left of each house.
No. 286: 2 storeys. 2 windows. 2- and 3-light casements with moulded stone
mullions under drips. C20th shopfront and carriage entrance on ground floor.
