GV II

Detached house. Mid C18 with late C19 addition. Limestone
ashlar front, dressed limestone elsewhere, tiled roof, brick
stacks. Two-storey, 4 window. Four-panelled door in Gibbs
surround to left, two 4-pane sashes in moulded architraves with
keystones to right. First floor has three 4-pane sashes in
moulded architraves with keystones, chamfered rusticated quoins and
modillioned stone eaves cornice, coped verges. C19 cross range to
left has 4-pane sash to ground and first floor, barge boards with
cusped apex. Right return has 4-pane sashes, cornice to attic
with round-arched casement in architrave with key and imposts.
Parallel rear range has 4-pane sashes.
Interior not inspected.
