GV II

Semi-detached house. Circa 1700. Dressed limestone, concrete
tiled roof, with hip to left and coped verge with brick stack to
right. Gable end to road. Two-storey, 3-window. Central planked
door with transom light and C20 three-light mullioned casement to
left, 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to right.
First floor has C20 three-light mullioned casement to left with
original 2-light and 3-light mullioned casements to right. Left
return has 24-pane sash to ground floor and 3-light and 3-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement to first floor. Attached to
right is single storey with 2-light mullioned casement. Interior
not accessible at time of survey (January 1986).
