4/282 Pouldens Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Early C18, extension dated GB 1883. Dressed limestone,
concrete tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-window
north front. Central planked door in chamfered stone surround with
flat wooden hood on cast-iron brackets, 3-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casement either side. Three 2-light mullioned casements
to first floor. To right is 1883 2-storey extension with planked
door and casements. To left is 2-storey rubble stone extension
with casements. Rear has 3-light mullioned casement either side of
small single casement with three 2-light casements to first floor.
Interior has plain beams and restored open fireplace.
