4/306 Wick Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Late C17. Dressed limestone, tiled roof, gable end
brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-window north east front. C20 door
in beaded stone surround with C19 canted bay to left and 3-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement to right. First floor has
two 2-light and one 3-light mullioned casement. Single-storey
extension to left has C20 dormers and patio doors to rear. Right
return has 2-light mullioned casement to ground floor and attic.
Rear has 3-light mullioned casement, blocked doorway and 2-light
mullioned casement, gabled extension with doorway, first floor has
three 2-light mullioned casements. Interior not accessible at
time of survey (February 1986). Said to be on site of deserted
Medieval village.
