II

Detached cottage. Late C17. Dressed limestone, corrugated asbestos roof,
formerly thatched, brick stack to left. Two-storey, 2-window. Central half-
glazed door in chamfered stone surround with gabled canopy, 3-light chamfered
mullioned casement to left and 2-light, chamfered mullioned casement to right.
First flor has 3-light and 2-light mullioned casement. Coped verges. To left
is attached single-storey C19 extension, half-glazed door and 2-light casement.
Right return has 2-light mullioned casement to ground floor and attic, attached
garage. Rear integral outshut has 2-light casements. Interior has chamfered
beams with runout stops, open fireplace with chamfered cambered lintel on cham-
fered stone jambs.
