Pair of houses. Mid C18th. Rubble (Conifer Cottage is painted); slate and
double Roman tiled mansard roof with coped raised verges. 2 storeys and attics
in modern dormers. 2 bays per house. 3-light casement with stone mullion to
Clovelly; modern casements to Conifer Cottage. Paired doors: 6-panel to
Clovelly, modern to Conifer Cottage; both under flat stone hood on brackets.
