Gate piers and gates. Mid C17. Limestone. Tall square piers with
narrow inner and outer pilasters, all in alternating plain and
vermiculated rustication. Corniced caps with rock faced blocks
over carrying ball finials. Iron gates with spiked centre rail and
dog rails. Narrow overthrow, also spiked. To left, flint wall
with stone quoins, approximately 3m high with weathered limestone
copings. Approximately 8m run to meet Kent House (q.v.), and
including pedestrian gate. To right of piers, coursed flint wall
with some limestone blocks, and limestone weathered coping,
approximately 2m high and 92m run.
