Two cottages, now house. Late C16 with later alterations. Each of
separate build. Woodrow cottage is of flint with dispersed brick,
and brick quoins, the left bay having some chalk blocks and jettied
timber framed solar. Thatched roof. Two storeys, with door on
right now a window. Paned casement windows. Brick stack opposite
door, on party wall. Right building also originally of 2 bays,
coursed chalkstone and flint, the gable rebuilt in brick. Entrance
in left bay now a window, opposite stack on party wall.
Interior: Fireplace formerly had oven. Some smoke blackened roof
timbers incorporated in present roof.
