Cottage. Late C17-early C18. Flint, the upper level in flint and
chalk, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, a main living room
with inner room, now kitchen, and added half bay extended to rear
to provide C20 entrance. Paned timber windows. Roof half hipped
over inner room.
Interior: Chamfered spine beam with ogee stops. Chamfered fire
lintel over open fireplace, containing oven. Single purlin roof.
