2/187 Rosebank Cottage, No 304, and
No 305 (April Cottage)

Farmhouse, now three cottages. Mid C17. Timber framed, partly
roughcast and part smooth rendered, thatched roof. Single storey
and attic, 3 bays. Framing 3 panels high with corner braces and
tall framed gables to both western bays. No 304 has part-glazed
door opposite stack, the thatch drawn down as canopy, probably in
position of original entrance. Paned windows to Rosebank Cottage;
the other cottages have windows replaced in C20 aluminium.
Shutters applied to No 304. One dormer and 1 flush dormer to right
bay. Brick stack to No 304 and to left gable.
