Houses. Early - mid C19th. Ashlar; hipped modern tile roof behind parapet,
cornice. 2 storeys and basement. 4 bays. Glazing bar sash windows; large
pane sashes on ground floor. Plat band above ground floor. Late C19th door
off centre to right. Cast iron veranda on raised terrace across whole front.
East elevation has large bow window with curved stack on the parapet; 5 glazing
bar sash windows (3 of which belong to Magnolia Cottage, formerly part of the
same house).
