House with shop and cafe. Early C19. Rendered rubble, artificial tile roof. Three storeys, irregular elevation of 1:3:1 bays. Central section: central six-panel door in ashlar surround on plinths with keystone; to left, C20 square-bay shop window. Other windows in ashlar surrounds, in centre first-floor sash with glazing bars, in outer bays sixteen-pane sashes, on second floor smaller windows unequally hung. Paired modillion gutter brackets, some missing. Bay on left, slightly recessed, with doorway as before and windows in same pattern. Bay on right projects forward with rounded corners and windows on left return, sixteen-pane sashes on first floor, sash windows on ground and second floors. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to end left, end stacks also added stacks. Rear projecting two-storey range in brick.
