9/78 West Shaw and


House and outbuilding. Early C19. Coursed rubble, stone slate roof.
House: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Central part-glazed C20 door in plain
ashlar surround on plinths. 4-pane sash windows with projecting sills and
sill-like lintels, shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, end stacks. To right,
single-storey outbuilding with 2 pairs board garage doors, that to left in
simple ashlar surround. Included for group value.
