Eagle Lodge

GV II

Gates, gate-piers, wall and terminal piers. Early C19. Wrought iron,
ashlar. Gates: wheel motif at base, scrolls below mid-rail, fleurs-de-lis
above mid-rail, alternate wavy and straight bars, fleurs-de-lis finials.
Rusticated ashlar piers with ogee bases, classsical cornices and ball
finials. Wall: curved in plan, with coping. Terminal piers with ogee
bases, classical cornices supporting short column bases and eagles.
