12/45 Bolton Arms Hotel


Hotel. Late C18 - early C19. Rubble, stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays,
with rear projecting range. Plinth, quoins. Central board door below
overlight in fluted surround with small pediment above, and on first floor
above it a coat of arms in columned and pedimented surround. On both floors
flanked by tripartite sash windows. On second floor, 9-pane unequally-hung
sashes. Ashlar copings, end stacks. On left return, 2-storey segmental bay
with tripartite sash windows and lead roof, 6-pane sash window above.
