Farmhouse. Early and late C18. Rubble, part roughcast, stone slate roof.
2 storeys. North elevation: roughcast. 2 bays. Central 6-panel door in
architrave with pulvinated frieze and cornice. Sash windows with glazing
bars below deep stone lintels. Facade to right blank, but with blocked
openings. South elevation: rubble. 6 first-floor windows. In bay 2, board
door below lintel of 2-light mullion window. To left, 2-light double-
chamfered mullion window. Bay 3: 3-light casement window. Bay 4: blocked
doorway. Bays 5 and 6: 2-light double-chamfered mullion windows. First
floor: 2-light double-chamfered mullion window; 2-light casement window; 2-
light C20 casement window; single-light double-chamfered window; 2-light
mullioned window; 2-light window without mullion. Shaped kneelers, ashlar
copings. Stacks between bays 2 and 3 and at end right. In garden wall
nearby, lintel inscribed "I S 1702".
