Mile post. Late C19. Cast iron. Post approximately 500mm high, triangular
in plan. On left face "RICHMOND 6". On right face, "REETH 5". At top,
triangular face with "NRYCC". Dates from after the reorganisation of
highways authorities under the County Councils Act of 1888.
