House and byre under 1 roof. Dated 1646, with later alterations.
Coursed watershot rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys with slightly-
projecting stair turret at rear. Plinth, quoins. House: 2 first floor
windows. Central doorway with boarded door. Second doorway to right
has C17 chamfered quoined surround with inscription on lintel
'SE TW
16 M B S 46 F I' and 'T C' on jamb, boarded door; small
window with chamfered surround above. 2 ground floor windows have fixed
frames with glazing bars, 6 panes. First floor windows have sash frames
with marginal glazing bars, 6 panes. End stack to left, ridge stack
between first doorway and second window. Byre to right: steps up to
boarded first floor door under lintel made of the head of a 2-light
mullioned window; another similar lintel used as a step. Boarded door
beneath steps. Right gable: a chamfered, single-light window on ground
floor.
