House to east of Moorland Cottage

House and cottage, now house. Late C18 with early C20 alterations.
Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 first floor windows in all.
House: central c1900 6-panel door in ashlar surround with straight
tooling, flanked by early C20 projecting bay windows connected over
doorway by verandah with decorative edging to timber awning. Above,
two 4-pane sash windows in ashlar surrounds with straight tooling. End
stacks. Cottage to right: boarded door on ground floor, 4-pane sash
window on first floor; ashlar coping and end stack to right. Included
mainly for group considerations.
