House, cottage and outbuilding under one roof. C17, C18 and later. Rubble, stone slate roof. Two storeys with rear outshut. Four first floor windows in all. Central C20 four-panel door in ashlar stone surround with straight tooling, on plinth. To right, one bay of four-pane sash windows. To left, added bay of four-pane sash windows. End stacks. Cottage to right has part-glazed C20 door in plain stone surround on right, with three-light double-chamfered mullioned window to left on ground floor, four-pane sash window above, shaped kneeler and ashlar coping on right. Added outbuilding to left, with board door in ashlar stone surround with interrupted jambs, and four-pane sash window above, shaped kneeler and ashlar coping on left.
