2 cottages, now 1 house. Late C18 - early C19 rebuilding of older cottages.
Coursed rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Central 6-
panel door in ashlar surround with splayed plinths. Ground-floor windows:
3-pane sashes with projecting ashlar sills and lintels; small C20 casement
to right of door. First floor: smaller C20 casements with projecting ashlar
sills and lintels. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings. Brick end stacks.
Rear: door of 2 fielded panels to former cottage entrance. Pantile roof.
Interior: in ground-floor room to left, stop-chamfered beam and matching
joists. On first-floor landing, doors of 2 fielded panels. Strutted
principal rafter roof trusses.
