Farmhouse and cottage under 1 roof. Early C18. Rendered rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 6 first-floor windows in all. House: 4 first-floor
windows. Quoins in render. Central 6-panel door in ashlar surround. Bay 1
has fixed-light windows of 20 small panes. In bay 2 and 3, sash windows in
slightly-chamfered ashlar surrounds, those on ground floor raised in height
and under dripstones. Fire-window on first floor to right. Shaped kneeler,
ashlar coping to left. Ashlar end stacks. Cottage to right: plain doorway
formerly leading into through-passage to left. No ground-floor window to
front. On first floor, openings for window and fire-window as house.
Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to right. Interior of cottage: kitchen range
with ingle-beam and witch-post and very tight staircase in corner behind it.
Fire-window to rear elevation.
